Crash landing?

And so he became Ringo. Shortly afterwards the two discovered another place they could see, a place we know as “cyberspace.” And a place within that place known as Moosehead County. A place he could live, if he chose. Cujo could not as by now, she was the Keeper-of-the-Gate to the Great Beyond.

Season VI, Chapter 7 Danger Bay—2012, Episode 6:

Cujo began to send wolves to Moosehead County—those who were of good character, regardless of their markings and Ringo began to build his wolvenpack.

From Friday:

Just as Susie was having those anticipatory thoughts, an old Chevy pick-up drove up her driveway and … out stepped a cowboy, “I hear you’re looking for some help.”

For once in her life—Susie was rendered speechless!

Unfortunately, Chris blew past Sheriff Todd McCoy at 20mph over the limit … She immediatly pulled over, expecting a well-deserved ticket, “Hello, Doc,” Sheriff Todd McCoy greeted, “In a hurry?”

“I’m sorry, Todd. It’s just that I heard Big A is opening a shelter.”

“I’m sorry, Todd. It’s just that I heard Big A is opening a shelter.”

Right across the street from my office. No need to rush, follow me and we’ll discuss what we might do at my office,” Todd the returned to his squad without issuing a ticket.

Erik’s cruise on the lake did prove uneventful—save for a near-miss by a 1000′ “laker,” causing him to take a bit of evasive action—no big deal for one of our characters.

Just as Sarah was about to touch down on the Danger Bay Airfield’s single runway … The Lightning’s port engine blew suddenly …

The airplane started to turn towards the stricken engine as the right engine was still running, this meant disaster should it touch down! Without thinking consiously, Sarah simultaniously applied right rudder while shutting down the right engine.

This caused the Lightning to straighten just enough to allow it to land almost straight-on to the runway—it wasn’t pretty—the landing was hard. But it was a landing that both occupants could walk away from.

As the airplane came to a stop, Sarah restarted the starboard engine and managed to taxi awkwardly off the runway, allowing both the horrified Big Mac and Larry to land safely.
