On the Highway at last, but which highway? The understood goal was to visit Duluth, was that where they were headed? The adventurers were already settled in for the drive. Boomer & Big Mac, notorious early-risers were already in their staterooms enjoying a nap, Sarah & Chris were watching the scenery along the highway and the canine pals were doing what dogs do on a road-trip; they were napping as well.
Collie was in the driver’s seat; she was not driving. The Adventure Bus was going where it wanted to go—Collie called out for help…
Season V—Chapter 5—Episode 9:
No one heard her call. Not one to panic, Collie had no choice but to sit back and “enjoy” the ride. Her mouth showed a flicker of a smile as she realized this “adventure” had taken a turn that no one expected; yet everyone aboard should have expected. She turned up the satellite radio, leaned back in her captain’s chair and began to thoroughly enjoy the ride.

At Joe’s Café & Coffee after the bus departure, Charley Johnson, Med and “Proud Czech” Josef Rusicka were holding court—as usual; discussing…well whatever.
“They don’t know it yet, but a got a feelin’ and it ain’t a good feelin’ about this.”
“Charley, none of your feelings are good feelings.”
“You say so, Josef…”
Med, deciding he could add nothing to this deep conversation, kept his counsel.

Deputy Schwarzkopf observed at Eagle Point Tours
After leaving the sheriff’s office Deputy Peter “Ace” Schwarzkopf went almost directly to the Eagle Point Tours office in the Village of Danger Bay. As he expected he found his sister Millie Gamboge there. With Sheriff McCoy tied up at the County Seat for the time being, Ace figured this would be a good idea to let Millie know how well their plan was working.
He was wrong…
