Not one of these folks arrived at their destination…
Suddenly they saw COLOR!
Season VI, Chapter 2, Episode 2:
At first they were all—big surprise—disoriented; eyes blinking at the sudden change. It only took a moment or two but it seemed a good deal longer, “Hey! We’re back in 2012 Port of Danger Bay!”
“Yes, Boomer, we are, but it feels wrong,” Larry was looking around and his eyes stopped when he saw the Cabin-on-the-Rock—Mac’s eyes stopped there as well, “What happened to our cabin?”
The Cabin-on-the-Rock looked very different from when they left—how long had they been gone? Boomer checked his watch; he forgotten he was wearing it as it didn’t go with him to the 19th Century, “We’ve been away for only four weeks.”
“What about the stagecoach?” Chris asked.
“I was looking forward to an ale at the bank,” Larry’s mouth was still craving a bit of brown ale.
“I have road patrols, I was on my way to Silverthorn Trading with a brand new deputy…
“I wonder how my general store is doing…” Sarah felt as though she’d been gone for months, not weeks, and just couldn’t shake that feeling.
“Let’s take a look inside,” Mac suggested, “We had a supply of ale in the kitchen, Larry.”
They walked up to the cabin…
… “What happened to my kitchen?”
“That’s not how I remember it, Mac, but I see ALE!”
“I liked my kitchen, a modern, professional kitchen!”
“I remember, Mac.”
