Spencer and Smith rode down to their men and soon they began their journey to Loco. It would take the better part of a week before they arrived outside Loco—desert travel is best done slowly—IF you want to preserve your horses.

“I can ask.”
Season 9—Chapter 3—Nevada—Episode 10—at the ruins some five miles from Loco…
With Pal & Wrassler hidden in the shade behind the ruins, Boomer (somehow convinced to accept a deputy marshal’s badge) AJ & Daisy were surveying their position, “If they take this trail, they have to pass by on that trail down below.”
“Let’s just hope they don’t decide to stop here, AJ.”
“That’s not how these things EVER work out for us lately—remember our last visit here? Remember the beach on that Apostle island?”

“Hot,” Chris said.
“Dry,” Sarah added.
“Boring,” Jay groused.
“Lets play fetch,” Buttons arfed.
“Too hot!” PepperCooper stated, ending the conversation.
The hours dragged on—and on—and on…
