Previously: Sandra took the pups back to PawZ and was heading down to the library to get a copy of Atlas Shrugged. She smiled and was feeling a sense of belonging. She had not had that feeling since she was 10 years old. She laughed out loud as she saw the size of the book. She hoped it was good.
She was so engrossed in the back of the book she did not see the red Mustang drive slowly by.
If she had—she would not be smiling any longer.
Season Ten—Chapter Four—Sandra Peterson—Episode 2: Shortly before—the man in the Mustang, Zador Ramsey was biding his time—before he made a move.
Watching, waiting and feeling mighty proud of himself.
He had tracked the bitch down.
Did she really think he could not find her? No wonder he had to slap sense into her all the time—she was so stupid.
He knew this already and he had only been in town 2 days.
She worked at some animal shelter that had two other people there. An Injun and some butch looking gal that looked like she should be slapped also.
Zad watched her walking a bunch of dogs.
“That’s about all she was good for,” he thought out loud as he watched her talk to some lady for a while and watched her take the dogs back.
She walked to the library and came out holding a big book. She was standing there in front of the building reading the back of the book, “What a waste of time reading was, well she would not be reading books and walking dogs for long.”
As he drove by she did not look up.
If she had he would have seen fear in her eyes. He would have loved that and he could not wait to get her back home.
He would show her what a real man does when he is disobeyed.
Still, he was going to bide his time a little more.
Let her think she is safe in this town.
Let her think she was free of him.
Let her think she could make some friends and live without him.
Yes, let her think that and then he would shatter her world and take great delight in doing it.
He drove back to the Blue Swallow Motel his hands gripping the steering wheel so tight—pretending it was her neck.
