Previously: She felt so blessed she was getting accepted into this community that she was beginning to love.
She did not notice the red Mustang drive by.
He slowed down and watched tapping his fingers on the steering wheel.
Ramsey pulled-over to the side of the road, slowing abruptly, causing the following car to brake sharply. The driver and his beagle companion would remember this car—as it was identical to the car his son, Andrew, owns.
The evil glint in Ramsey’s eyes would be enough to scare almost anyone.
He was biding his time.
Season Ten—Chapter Four—Sandra Peterson—Episode 2: It was then that a very irritated Boomer walked into Silverthorn’s Café and up to the counter, “Dang, Hiram, some folks just shouldn’t be allowed to drive!”
“Ol Sam out driving again?”
That caught the attention of Chris, “I’ll ask Wyatt to speak with him again.”
“No need, not one of our own. He was driving a red Mustang, just like the one Andrew got from Med. I thought it was Andrew and was relieved to see it was a stranger,” Boomer replied as he looked out the window, “He’s left now.”
Chris made a mental note to mention this car to Wyatt. “Did you happen to get a plate number?”
“No,” Boomer said, “But it was a Minnesota plate I just didn’t get a number. I had to make sure Daisy was OK since she got thrown hard against her safety-harness.”
“So girls, ‘Who is John Galt?’” Sarah said, with a big smile on her face.
Chris and Sandra both laughed.
“How is everyone doing with the book? I had a copy and had read it when I was a teenager, kept it because I love her characters.”
Chris chimed in, “I am afraid I am cheating a little, while like Sarah I read it as a teenager and that is why I am a registered Libertarian. So the movie has been coming out in parts on Netflix so I have been watching it as there was not a copy at the library but I think I will be able to contribute to the discussion.”
“I am sure you will,” said Sandra, “I have the book out of the library and am so looking forward to this gathering—it will be fun.”
The others agreed.
None of them saw the Red Mustang drive slowly by, again.
