“Where, I wonder, is Burris Township is located?”

LOST Banner ©Jack BoardmanPreviously: “DAISY! WAKE-UP!”

With a start, Daisy awakened, “Tiger Lily! Why are you here?”

“All your human friends are gone!”

“Gone? Where!”

“I don’t know—I’m too busy being here,” Tiger replied, “And here I must remain to ensure those searching for you—find you.”

“Are they coming?”

“I’m doing my best—there is one searcher fairly close, and if they get a little closer I can reveal the entry to the cove.”

Episode 6—Scene 3… Aboard the Skeedadle…“Linda! Bring the boat around—I think I see the opening to a small cove.”

“Right away, Sarah!” Linda replied as she spun the wheel and brought the boat around.

“I see it—the Pegasus II!”

Season 15—Adventure 1—LOST—Episode 7—Scene 1… The Obscure Cove… Linda maneuvered the Skeedaddle beside the Pegasus, very carefully, “Okay—secure the boats and you are good to board!”

“Aye-aye, skipper,” Sarah Cooper replied, “Boarding party away!”

Just moments after boarding, “AR-ROOO! AR-ROOO! AR-ROOO! I am so glad to see you, People-Dog Sarah!”

“Where are other people-dogs?”

“GONE! They took them away—we must rescue them!”

“Do you know where they took them?”

“I heard them mention Burris Township.”

“Where, I wonder, is Burris Township is located?”

“Ask Professor Google.”

“Smartassed dog!”

“Thank you, People-Dog Sarah.”

Sarah gave Daisy a hug.

Daisy wagged her tail.

“Let’s get out of here.”

“No P-D (People-Dog) Sarah—we must also take the Pegasus.”

“Good point, Daisy, do you think I can pilot this boat?”

“Of COURSE, you can—you’re a girl, aren’t you?”

“Very-well, then, crew-dog—weigh anchor!”

“Aye-aye, Captain! Two-hundred & fifty pounds.”

And with that—the MV Pegasus II & Skedaddle left the tiny cove.

Episode 7—Scene 2… Inside the Burris Township Jail… William and Andy Carstairs were guarding the jail—fortunately for our incarcerated heroes, “You were caught trespassing on township property.”

“Not true,” Mac rumbled, “The shoreline belongs to Moosehead County.”

“You ain’t in Moosehead County,” Andy Carstairs replied, “This here is Cook County.”

“I reckon we’ll be charging you all with criminal trespass,” William added, “A conviction will cost you one-hundred and one days as our guests.”

“You WILL be convicted—that much is certain,” Andy laughed.

“Come here little man,” Mac rumbled.

The smug look on Andy’s face—evaporated into fear.

Mac laughed.

To be—CONTINUED…

I’m happy to see Daisy, too! (And I’m WAY behind on Danger Bay reading, sorry about that! We have a new computer now, and I’m playing catch up.)
