“Well, gentlemen—it’s time to get to work.”

Searching BannerPreviously: “Oh BOY!” Chris exclaimed—rubbing her hands together, “Saddle-up gang!”

“Hold-on, folks,” Mac said, “The operative word here is ‘may,’ let’s take our time and do some planning.”

“It is true,” Linda added, “We have moved too fast before and I believe that allowed him to escape.”

“I think we should arrive a few days apart,” Debra suggested, “Maybe send one or two to gather information, “While the rest cool our heels in Duluth and Two Harbors.”

“You know what?” Boomer asked rhetorically, “There’s a place near Grand Marais—the Log Cabin Motel, that is high on a bluff overlooking Lake Superior, and it is hidden from the highway.”

“Perfect,” Mac replied, “See if you can make reservations.”

Boomer made the reservations—and the Posse™ soon arrived at the motel.

“There sure is a lot of traffic,” Chris observed, “For a weekday.”

“Who knew they’d be so busy?’ Mac asked.

“The owners, perhaps” Chris replied, “That would be my guess.”

“Should we look elsewhere, Mrs. Earp?” Wyatt asked.

“We’re here, Mister Earp—we might as well check the place out.”

Season 18—Adventure 3—SEARCHING— Episode 4—Scene 1… Inside the Old Log Cabin Motel…  “This place is perfect!” Mac exclaimed, “It makes me think about where our Posse HQ is currently located.”

“What’s wrong with it?” Chris asked.

“It’s too easy to find,” Mac replied, “We need a more secluded location.”

“Any ideas?”

“Yes,” he replied, “Camille Farkleberry has a place in mind, and we have an appointment to see the property.”

“Oh boy, I can’t wait to check it out.”

“I’m going alone for the first visit, Chris,” Mac replied, “If the wrong people drive past…”

“Gotcha, you will take photos.”

“Of course—and you all can happen to drive-by, one car at a time.”

Episode 4—Scene 2… Inside the Duluth Condo… Davenport Met with Erik O’Hara & Andy Reed… “Well, gentlemen—it’s time to get to work.”

“I’ll head to The Rustic Café and see what opportunities present themselves,” Andy Reed offered.

“And I will head downtown,” Erik O’Hara said, “There must be ‘opportunities’ there as well.”

“Very well, gentlemen,” Davenport replied, “I’ll be leaving now for Moosehead County—I’ve reserved rooms at the Lakeside Hotel for all of us plus four additional rooms for any new hires.”

“We’ll find you there,” O’Hara replied as they left.
