Season 18, Adventure 3, Joey Keller, Episode  3… Outside Flyspeck, Moosehead County; Scene 1… Boomer & Mac were passing the Blue Swallow Motel… Boomer & Mac were passing the Blue Swallow Motel, when a gold Mustang pulled-out directly in front of them.

“Dumbass!” Mac rumbled ominously, “If we had the time…”

“Indeed,” Boomer agreed, “But we don’t.”

This Blue Swallow Motel (part of a successful motel chain in the north country) was the place most residents recommended when asked about lodging in the county. All are well-managed, clean, and friendly.

“Let’s go into the office and flash our badges, and see what we can learn from the clerk,” Mac suggested.

“That works for me,” Boomer agreed.

“Excuse me, Miss,” Mac said as he showed his badge, “What can you tell us about the folks who own the bikes outside?”

“Not much, except they’re all women who arrived with some men,” she replied, “They’re quiet; sometimes with some guests, I can hear every word they say.”

“Did you notice what kind of car the men were driving?” Boomer asked.

“I’m not good with car brands, but it was a gold convertible.”

Mac & Boomer looked at each other, and grinned; that was the car that almost ran into them.

“Thank you, Miss,” Boomer said, We’ve taken-up too much of your time already; you’ve been quite helpful.”

“Now what?” Mac asked.

“We can sit in the car, and listen to my kick-ass stereo,” Boomer laughed.

“Or we can go the the Blue Swallow Cafe and grab lunch,” Mac replied.

  2. You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be really something that I feel I might never understand.
It seems too complex and very large for me. I’m having a look forward on your subsequent
publish, I’ll try to get the hold of it!
